We want your input for the ICT PROSE online survey for Forge Platform Requirements. The goal of the survey is to ascertain the requirements of a hosted source forge for EC ICT projects.
The PROSE team are developing a detailed specifications for an online software system that can support EC ICT teams to carry out open software development work. Better known as a software forge we here in PROSE want to understand teams’ intentions for using forge platforms and the types of new features that you think should be available via a forge.
In order to plan the implementation of our forge, we have taken what we know of similar systems at present [Describing the Software Forge Ecosystem (pdf)], and have created a short survey to ascertain the full requirements of a hosted PROSE source forge for EC ICT projects.
All individual responses will be treated as confidential however we plan to use a summary of results in future presentations to the community.
